#### 18A Civil penalties—contravening conditions of approval Holder of approval (1) The holder of an approval contravenes this subsection if: (a) the holder takes an action or omits to take an action; and (b) the holder is a constitutional corporation or a Commonwealth entity or the action or omission occurs in the course of constitutional trade or commerce; and (c) the action or omission contravenes a condition of the approval. Civil penalty: (a) for an individual—100 penalty units; and (b) for a body corporate—500 penalty units. Regulated person (2) A regulated person contravenes this subsection if: (a) the person takes an action or omits to take an action; and (b) the person is a constitutional corporation or a Commonwealth entity or the action or omission occurs in the course of constitutional trade or commerce; and (c) the action or omission contravenes a condition of the approval concerned. Civil penalty: (a) for an individual—100 penalty units; and (b) for a body corporate—500 penalty units.
