#### 17A Approvals and reasons for approvals to be made public As soon as practicable after granting an approval under section 13, the Minister must cause to be published in the Gazette a notice containing the following information: (a) the name of the person to whom the approval has been granted; (b) the period of operation of the approval; (c) details of the approved variation of the fuel standard or fuel quality information standard; (d) reasons for granting the approval.
