43 Disposal of things if owner cannot be located
If: (a) things are seized under this Act; and (b) apart from this section, the Commonwealth is required to return the things to the owner of the things; and (c) the CEO cannot, despite making reasonable efforts, locate the owner; the CEO may dispose of the things in such manner as the CEO thinks appropriate.
