6 Infringement notice penalty (1) The penalty payable by an individual for an offence against the Fuels Rationing Act 2019, section 16A, under an infringement notice for the offence, is $1 600. (2) The penalty payable by a corporation for an offence against the Fuels Rationing Act 2019, section 16A, under an infringement notice for the offence, is $8 000. (3) The cost of serving a reminder notice for an infringement notice offence against the Fuels Rationing Act 2019, section 16A is $34.
