10 Authorised person for infringement notice offences (1) An inspector may serve the following: (a) an infringement notice for an infringement notice offence against the Fuels Rationing Act 2019, section 16A; (b) a reminder notice for an infringement notice offence against the Fuels Rationing Act 2019, section 16A. inspector—see the Fuels Rationing Act 2019, dictionary.
