#### 9 Parts of business undertaking may be excluded from sale 9 Parts of business undertaking may be excluded from sale > > (1) The Treasurer may by order in writing exclude assets, rights and liabilities of the business undertaking of FreightCorp from sale under this Act. > > > (2) The Treasurer may by order in writing transfer any assets, rights or liabilities excluded from sale under this Act to the Crown, the Ministerial Holding Corporation or any other public authority. Schedule 1 (Transfer of assets, rights and liabilities) applies to such an order. > > > (3) The Treasurer may, by further order under this section, further transfer any assets, rights or liabilities previously transferred under this section.
