#### 11 Agreements for sale 11 Agreements for sale > > (1) The Treasurer is authorised to enter into agreements for or in connection with the sale of the business undertaking of FreightCorp to a purchaser and for that purpose the Treasurer may act for and on behalf of FreightCorp. > > > (2) Any such agreement may be entered into for the purposes of this section before, on or after the sale. > > > (3) Section 52A (Contracts for sale of land) of the [Conveyancing Act 1919](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1919-006) does not apply to a contract for the sale of land that is entered into for the purposes of this section.
