63 Notifying person affected of decision An agency or Minister that makes a decision under section 61 must— (a) tell the person of the agency’s or Minister’s decision; and (b) if the decision is to amend the information—give the person a copy of the amended information; and (c) if the decision is to refuse to amend the information—give the person a statement of reasons for the refusal.
