20 Information officers not subject to directions (1) An information officer of an agency is not subject to direction in the exercise of a function under this Act unless the direction is given under subsection (2). (2) The following people may direct the information officer of an agency to disclose information: (a) the Minister responsible for the agency; (b) the principal officer of the agency.
