#### 89G Complaints to Ombudsman—report must not contain certain information A report under subsection 12(3) or section 15 or 17 of the Ombudsman Act 1976 in relation to an action taken under this Act must not include: (a) exempt matter; or (b) information of the kind referred to in subsection 25(1). > Note: Subsection 25(1) deals with information about the existence or otherwise of certain documents.
