sec.5 Designated fossicking land— Act , s 42

For section 42 (1) of the Act , each parcel of land described in schedule 1 , column 2, other than land excluded from the Act ’s operation under part 2 of the Act , is designated fossicking land with the name stated in schedule 1 , column 1 opposite the parcel. In this regulation, a reference to a name mentioned in schedule 1 , column 1 is a reference to the designated fossicking land with that name. (sec.5-ssec.1) For section 42 (1) of the Act , each parcel of land described in schedule 1 , column 2, other than land excluded from the Act ’s operation under part 2 of the Act , is designated fossicking land with the name stated in schedule 1 , column 1 opposite the parcel.
