sec.44 References to repealed regulation
In a document, if the context permits, a reference to the repealed regulation may be taken to be a reference to this regulation. For this section, a reference in the document to a provision of the repealed regulation may be taken to be a reference to a provision of this regulation that provides for the same, or substantially the same, matter as the repealed provision. (sec.44-ssec.1) In a document, if the context permits, a reference to the repealed regulation may be taken to be a reference to this regulation.
