sec.41 Agistment approvals
This section applies to an agistment approval given under the repealed regulation that was in force immediately before the commencement. On the commencement, the agistment approval is taken to be an agistment approval given under section 22(3) of this regulation. (sec.41-ssec.1) This section applies to an agistment approval given under the repealed regulation that was in force immediately before the commencement.
