sec.27 Replacing agistment tags
The holder of an agistment approval may apply to the controller to replace an agistment tag if it is lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged. The application must— be in writing; and state how the agistment tag was lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed; and be accompanied by the replacement fee for the agistment tag mentioned in schedule 6 . If the controller is satisfied the agistment tag has been lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged, the controller must issue a replacement tag to the person. (sec.27-ssec.1) The holder of an agistment approval may apply to the controller to replace an agistment tag if it is lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged. (sec.27-ssec.2) The application must— be in writing; and state how the agistment tag was lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed; and be accompanied by the replacement fee for the agistment tag mentioned in schedule 6 . (sec.27-ssec.3) If the controller is satisfied the agistment tag has been lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged, the controller must issue a replacement tag to the person.
