sec.21 Powers and functions of controller
The controller may authorise its chief executive officer to do anything necessary to be done for the performance of the controller’s functions under this part. Without limiting subsection (1) , the controller may authorise the chief executive officer to appoint a person the chief executive officer considers has the necessary training and experience to perform the controller’s functions. The chief executive officer may, in the appointment, impose conditions on the performance of the functions. (sec.21-ssec.1) The controller may authorise its chief executive officer to do anything necessary to be done for the performance of the controller’s functions under this part. (sec.21-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , the controller may authorise the chief executive officer to appoint a person the chief executive officer considers has the necessary training and experience to perform the controller’s functions. (sec.21-ssec.3) The chief executive officer may, in the appointment, impose conditions on the performance of the functions.
