sec.16 Routes, tracks and roads
A person must not mark out, bulldoze, grade or make a route, track or road on designated fossicking land or a fossicking area— without the written approval of the chief executive, the land manager for the land or the owner of the land; or in contravention of a condition of a written approval mentioned in paragraph (a) . Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.

- (b) in contravention of a condition of a written approval mentioned in paragraph (a) .
