96D Offences not to apply for cutting or taking away fallen or felled trees for domestic use as firewood (1) Section 96(h), (j), (k) and (o) do not apply to a person if the person cuts or takes away fallen or felled trees in accordance with section 57Q(4). (2) Section 96(o) does not apply to a person in possession of forest produce that is fallen or felled trees if the fallen or felled trees were cut or taken away by a nominee of the person in accordance with section 57Q(4).
