84 Restriction on dealings by authorised officers No authorised officer or other person appointed or employed by the Secretary, Parks Victoria or the Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority shall as principal or agent trade in any forest produce or become beneficially interested in any lease or licence of any land within any forest or in any permit or other authority or in any contract for working any forest produce in any forest.
