75C Application for extension of time (1) A person who is given a production notice may apply to the authorised officer within 30 days after the notice is given to the person for an extension of the time period specified for compliance. (2) An authorised officer, in writing, may extend the time period for compliance if the authorised officer is satisfied that there are reasonable grounds for doing so. S. 75D inserted by No. 24/2024 s. 22.
