57F Grant of tour operator licence S. 57F(1) amended by No. 19/2018 s. 119. (1) The land manager may grant a licence to a person to conduct an organised tour or recreational activity for profit on Crown land in a reserved forest to a person who has applied under section 57G. S. 57F(2) amended by No. 19/2018 s. 119. (2) The land manager may grant a licence under subsection (1) for a period not exceeding 10 years. S. 57F(3) inserted by No. 42/2021 s. 72. (3) On and from 1 July 2023, in relation to land in the Great Ocean Road coast and parks, a reference to a land manager in this section is a reference to the Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority, regardless of whether or not the Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority has been appointed as land manager.
