41 Reserved forest and the Land Act 1958 (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in the **Land Act 1958** it shall not be lawful for the Governor in Council by virtue of the said Act at any time to increase or diminish the area of any reserved forest or to grant a right to occupy as a residence area or a lease or licence of or in respect of any Crown land within any reserved forest. S. 41(2) inserted by No. 12/2016 s. 22(2). (2) Nothing in subsection (1) affects the ability of the Minister administering the **Land Act 1958** to grant a bee site licence over reserved forest in accordance with that Act.
