sec.9 Plan references
A reference to a plan with the prefix ‘FTY’ or ‘FSM’ in any of schedules 1 to 5 is a reference to a plan held by, and available for inspection from, the department. A reference to another plan in any of schedules 1 to 5 is a reference to a plan registered in the land registry under the Land Act 1994 . (sec.9-ssec.1) A reference to a plan with the prefix ‘FTY’ or ‘FSM’ in any of schedules 1 to 5 is a reference to a plan held by, and available for inspection from, the department.
