#### 74 Purposes for which powers under Division may be exercised 74 Purposes for which powers under Division may be exercised > > (1) Powers may be exercised under this Division for the following purposes (referred to as authorised purposes)— > > > > > (a) for determining whether there has been a contravention of this Act or the regulations, > > > > > (b) for obtaining information or records for purposes connected with the administration of this Act, > > > > > (c) in connection with exercising the functions of an authorised officer under this Act. > > > (2) A reference in this section to this Act does not include a reference to Part 5A or 5B.
