#### 29 Sale of certain land 29 Sale of certain land (1916 Act, s 15(6)) > The Minister may sell any land acquired to provide access to a State forest or for any purpose necessary for or incidental to the control or management of a State forest if that land— > > > (a) has not been dedicated as a State forest, or > > > (b) is not required for the purposes of a State forest or to provide access to a State forest or for any purpose necessary for or incidental to the control or management of a State forest.
