4M Funds of Authority

[Section 4M Amended by No. 55 of 2004, s. 18, Applied:01 Jul 2005] [Section 4M Inserted by No. 23 of 1999, s. 12, Applied:01 Jul 1999] The funds of the Authority consist of –

(a) all money received by it in the course of performing its functions or exercising its powers; and

(b) all money received by it as interest on amounts deposited with financial institutions or as profit in respect of investments; and

(c) [Section 4M Amended by No. 55 of 2004, s. 18, Applied:01 Jul 2005] any money appropriated by Parliament for the purposes of the Authority; and

(d) [Section 4M Amended by No. 55 of 2004, s. 18, Applied:01 Jul 2005] any money received by the Authority from any other source.
