4AA Forest Practices Authority

(1)  [Section 4AA Subsection (1) substituted by No. 55 of 2004, s. 6, Applied:01 Jul 2005] The body established under this section as in force immediately before the commencement of the Forest Practices Amendment (Administrative Reform) Act 2004 continues in existence, after that commencement, under the name "Forest Practices Authority".

(2)  [Section 4AA Subsection (2) amended by No. 55 of 2004, s. 6, Applied:01 Jul 2005] The Authority –

(a) is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and

(b) has a seal; and

(c) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
