45A Seal of Authority

(1) [Section 45A Subsection (1) amended by No. 55 of 2004, s. 74, Applied:01 Jul 2005] The seal of the Authority is to be kept and used as authorised by the Board.
(2) [Section 45A Subsection (2) amended by No. 55 of 2004, s. 74, Applied:01 Jul 2005] All courts and persons acting judicially must take judicial notice of the imprint of the seal on a document and presume that it was duly sealed by the Authority.
