### 30 Issue of Forest Practices Code
> > (1) [*\[Section 30 Subsection (1) amended by No. 55 of 2004, s. 57, Applied:01 Jul 2005\]*](/view/html/inforce/2005-07-01/act-2004-055#GS57@Hpa@EN) *\[Section 30 Subsection (1) amended by No. 29 of 1994, s. 35 and Sched. 1 \]*The Authority shall, after consulting with Private Forests Tasmania, issue a draft Code on the conduct of forest practices.

> > > > (a) specify the places where the draft Code may be purchased or inspected;
