29 Aggrieved person may appeal to Tribunal
(1) [Section 29 Subsection (1) amended by No. 55 of 2004, s. 56, Applied:01 Jul 2005] *[Section 29 Subsection (1) amended by No. 29 of 1994, s. 35 and Sched. 1 ]*A person who lodged a three-year plan with the Authority or an owner of land who is aggrieved by –
(a) [Section 29 Subsection (1) amended by No. 55 of 2004, s. 56, Applied:01 Jul 2005] the Authority's decision to request the person to vary the proposals in the three-year plan; or
(b) [Section 29 Subsection (1) amended by No. 55 of 2004, s. 56, Applied:01 Jul 2005] the Authority's decision to refuse to approve the variation of the three-year plan –
may appeal to the Tribunal.
(2) *[Section 29 Subsection (2) amended by No. 29 of 1994, s. 35 and Sched. 1 ]*An appeal under this section shall be instituted by giving written notice to the registrar within a period of 28 days after –
(a) [Section 29 Subsection (2) amended by No. 55 of 2004, s. 56, Applied:01 Jul 2005] [Section 29 Subsection (2) amended by No. 55 of 2004, s. 56, Applied:01 Jul 2005] the Authority making the request, in the case of an appeal against the Authority's decision to make a request referred to in subsection (1) (a) ; or
(b) [Section 29 Subsection (2) amended by No. 55 of 2004, s. 56, Applied:01 Jul 2005] [Section 29 Subsection (2) amended by No. 55 of 2004, s. 56, Applied:01 Jul 2005] the Authority refusing to approve the variation, in the case of an appeal against the Authority's decision to refuse to approve the variation of a three-year plan.
(3) [Section 29 Subsection (3) amended by No. 55 of 2004, s. 56, Applied:01 Jul 2005] *[Section 29 Subsection (3) amended by No. 29 of 1994, s. 35 and Sched. 1 ]*Where an appeal is brought under this section in respect of the Authority's decision to request a person to vary the proposals in a three-year plan lodged by the person, and the Authority has imposed one of the sanctions referred to in , the sanction shall not have effect until the determination or withdrawal of the appeal or until such later date as the Tribunal may determine.
