26 Non-application of other Acts to certified forest practices plan
[Section 26 Amended by No. 23 of 1999, Sched. 2, Applied:01 Jul 1999] Any Act prescribed in the regulations and the prescribed provisions of any Act prescribed in the regulations shall not apply to or affect anything contained in a certified forest practices plan in so far as that plan relates to a private timber reserve.
