> > (1) [*\[Section 25C Subsection (1) amended by No. 25 of 2019, s. 17, Applied:07 Oct 2019\]*](/view/html/inforce/2019-10-07/act-2019-025#GS17@EN) The responsible person for a certified forest practices plan, within the meaning of [section 25A](#GS25A@EN) , may appeal to the Tribunal if the person is aggrieved by a notice under [section 25B(2)](#GS25B@Gs2@EN) .

> > (2) The appeal is to be instituted by –

> > > > (a) giving written notice to the registrar within 14 days after the responsible person is served with the notice; or
> > >
> > > > (b) in such other manner as may be prescribed.

> > (3) At the hearing of the appeal, the Tribunal may confirm, modify or cancel the notice under [section 25B(2)](#GS25B@Gs2@EN) .
