> > is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding 1 000 penalty units or a daily fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.

> > (1B) *\[Section 21 Subsection (1B) inserted by No. 29 of 1994, s. 11 \]*In any proceedings under [subsection (1)](#GS21@Gs1@EN) the production of a certificate purporting to be signed by the chairperson of the Board stating that, at a time or during a period specified in the certificate, a physical feature specified in the certificate was within a particular classification or had a particular status under the Forest Practices Code, as specified in the certificate, is evidence of the matters contained in the certificate.
