sec.21 Conflicts of interest
If a person appointed as the director or a deputy director has an interest that conflicts, or may conflict, with the discharge of the person’s functions under this Act, the person— must disclose the nature of the interest and conflict to the Minister as soon as practicable after the relevant facts come to the person’s knowledge; and must not take action or further action concerning a matter that is, or may be, affected by the conflict unless authorised by the Minister. s 21 amd 2025 No. 18 s 59Q
