sec.18 Delegation
The director may delegate the director’s functions and powers under this Act or another Act to— a deputy director; or an appropriately qualified staff member of Forensic Science Queensland. A deputy director may subdelegate a function or power delegated to the deputy director under subsection (1) to an appropriately qualified staff member of Forensic Science Queensland. s 18 amd 2025 No. 18 s 59N (sec.18-ssec.1) The director may delegate the director’s functions and powers under this Act or another Act to— a deputy director; or an appropriately qualified staff member of Forensic Science Queensland. (sec.18-ssec.2) A deputy director may subdelegate a function or power delegated to the deputy director under subsection (1) to an appropriately qualified staff member of Forensic Science Queensland.
- (a) a deputy director; or
- (b) an appropriately qualified staff member of Forensic Science Queensland.
