34M Presence of police officers during sampling procedure
[Section 34M Inserted by No. 28 of 2014, s. 16, Applied:17 Dec 2014] Police officers may be present during the carrying out of a sampling procedure on a young child for the purposes of safety, security, continuity of evidence, investigation and the effective carrying out of the procedure in accordance with this Act.
