sec.94 Acting director
The Governor in Council may appoint a person to act as the director during any period, or all periods, when— there is a vacancy in the office of director; or the director is absent from duty or is, for another reason, unable to perform the functions of the office.
- (a) there is a vacancy in the office of director; or
- (b) the director is absent from duty or is, for another reason, unable to perform the functions of the office.
