sec.90 Delegation of director’s powers
The director may delegate the director’s powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified person. However, the director must not delegate a power under section 96 , 100 or 102 . (sec.90-ssec.1) The director may delegate the director’s powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified person.
