sec.84 Procedure for appeal
An appeal is to be started and carried out in the way stated in the Mental Health Act , sections 534 to 537 . For subsection (1) , the Mental Health Act , section 534 (2) applies as if a reference to a decision notice were a reference to the notice of the decision required to be given under section 82 (2) . s 84 amd 2016 No. 5 s 889 (sec.84-ssec.1) An appeal is to be started and carried out in the way stated in the Mental Health Act , sections 534 to 537 .
