In this chapter— authorised practitioner means an authorised practitioner whose instrument of appointment states that the practitioner may exercise the powers given to an authorised practitioner under this chapter. behaviour control medication see section 44 . restraint see section 45 . seclusion see section 46 . senior practitioner means a senior practitioner whose instrument of appointment states that the practitioner may exercise the powers given to a senior practitioner under this chapter.
