sec.115 Entry of places
For taking the client to the forensic disability service, an authorised mental health service or a place where the client is to undertake community treatment, the practitioner may enter a place if— the occupier of the place consents to the entry; or it is a public place and the entry is made when the place is open to the public. s 115 amd 2016 No. 5 s 896
- (a) the occupier of the place consents to the entry; or
- (b) it is a public place and the entry is made when the place is open to the public.
