sec.111 Powers
An authorised officer has the powers given under this Act. Authorised officers have powers under chapter 9 , part 5 . Subsection (1) has effect subject to any limitation stated in the officer’s instrument of appointment. (sec.111-ssec.1) An authorised officer has the powers given under this Act.
