sec.11 What is a cognitive disability
A cognitive disability is a condition that is— attributable to a cognitive impairment; and a disability within the meaning of the Disability Services Act .
- (a) attributable to a cognitive impairment; and
- (b) a disability within the meaning of the Disability Services Act .
