sec.100 Acting administrator
The director may appoint a person to be the administrator of the forensic disability service during any period, or all periods, when— there is a vacancy in the office of the administrator; or the administrator is absent from duty or is, for another reason, unable to perform the functions of the office.
- (a) there is a vacancy in the office of the administrator; or
- (b) the administrator is absent from duty or is, for another reason, unable to perform the functions of the office.
