35Application of Part to separate entities

#### 35 Application of Part to separate entities (1) This Part applies in relation to a separate entity of a foreign State that is the central bank or monetary authority of the foreign State as it applies in relation to the foreign State. (2) Subject to subsection (1), this Part applies in relation to a separate entity of the foreign State as it applies in relation to the foreign State if, in the proceeding concerned: (a) the separate entity would, apart from the operation of section 10, have been immune from the jurisdiction; and (b) it has submitted to the jurisdiction.
