#### 21 Requests for foreign material This Part applies to testimony, and any documents or things produced by or with such testimony, obtained as a result of a request made by or on behalf of the Attorney‑General to a foreign country for the testimony of a person, and any documents or things produced by or with such testimony, to be made available.
