#### 77 Application of the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Amendment Regulations 2022 Application of amendments about moneylending agreements (1) The amendments made by Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the amending regulations apply in relation to moneylending agreements entered into on or after 1 April 2022. Application of other amendments (2) The amendments made by Parts 2 to 6 of Schedule 1 to the amending regulations apply in relation to an action taken, or proposed to be taken, on or after 1 April 2022. Definitions (3) In this section: > amending regulations means the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Amendment Regulations 2022.
