#### 69 Application of Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Amendment (Amendments of Singapore‑Australia Free Trade Agreement) Regulations 2017 The amendments made by the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Amendment (Amendments of Singapore‑Australia Free Trade Agreement) Regulations 2017 apply in relation to significant actions, and notifiable actions, taken on or after the day the amending Agreement referred to in paragraph (b) of item 1 of the table in subsection 2(1) of those Regulations enters into force for Australia.
