Sections 98C, 98D and 98E of the Act do not apply in relation to a core Part 3 action that is any of the following: (a) an acquisition of an interest in residential land; (b) an acquisition of an interest in commercial land.
Note: Core Part 3 action is defined in section 4 of the Act.
