#### 11 Simplified outline of this Part This Part prescribes various matters for the purposes of Part 1 of the Act (which deals mainly with interpretation). The main section in that Part is section 4 which lists all the terms defined for the purposes of the Act. That Part also contains some other rules of interpretation. This Part prescribes: (a) definitions for section 4 of the Act; and (b) particular matters for definitions listed in that section; and (c) some rules for interpreting the Act and this instrument, such as rules for valuing assets of entities or businesses, and for translating amounts expressed in foreign currencies.
