16 Proposal to enter or terminate certain agreements, or to alter constituent documents
The amount of the fee for giving notice to the Treasurer of a proposal to take a significant action that: (a) is covered by paragraph 40(2)(d) or (e) or 41(2)(c) of the Foreign Acquisitions Act; and (b) is neither a notifiable action nor a notifiable national security action; is $28,200.
